Garden Celebration We enjoyed the rewards from our class garden. We harvested our organically grown kale and decorated the table with some pretty Marigolds. Mrs. Fong made kale smoothies by blending the kale with water, apples, bananas, pineapples and agave. We also had wheat pretzels on the side. A healthy snack enjoyed by many! In December, our daikons were ready to be harvested. Mrs. Fong made miso soup and all students were able to help prepare the daikon for the soup!
